Can I customize my gift box?

Yes please! This is what we love and designing meaningful gifts is why we started. For more information on custom orders, please call or email us. 

How long will it take for my order to be processed? 

Because we specialize in personalized ordering we will work with you to accommodate your needs. Our Ready to Ship Boxes will ship in 3-5 Business Days unless additional personalization is requested. Please call or email us about custom baskets or boxes to discuss your timing needs and we will do our very best to meet your deadline.

Can you add my logo or branding in gift design? 

Absolutely, as long as you have the rights to use the logo, we would love to personalize your items. Please call or email us to create a special gift. 

How will my gift be wrapped? 

All of our Ready to Ship boxes will ship as displayed on the website. We occasionally need to wrap glass and breakable items to protect them in transport. The entire box will be carefully packaged to arrive damage free. Our locally delivered boxes in the Phoenix Metro area will be stylishly decorated to suit the theme of the gift and will be securely prepared. You will never see our gift boxes covered in a plastic of any kind;)

Do you offer corporate gifting services or volume gifting? 

Yes, BOSS basket will work directly with you to design and develop gifts that will leave a lasting impression on your clients and colleagues. For more information, please call or email us. 

Do you offer local delivery? 

Yes, within the surrounding Phoenix area. We will personally hand deliver gifts to the recipients with an added delivery fee outside of our immediate delivery area. We will offer free delivery for your order if multiple gifts delivered to a single address at one time.

What is the fee for local Phoenix area delivery? 

Local delivery Monday-Friday is a varying rate of $10 - $20 depending upon location and quantity. 

If I am ordering a gift for local delivery, can I request a specific delivery time?

We will do our best to deliver at specific times so your recipient will receive the basket directly from us. Unfortunately, recipient’s schedules can change and delays can occur, so we can’t guarantee an exact time. Generally, your order will be delivered between the hours of 10AM - 5PM. Please note, delivery times may be extended during the holiday season. 

Can I have my order rushed? 

We absolutely do our best to accommodate rushed orders. Local Orders: You can send a messenger for pick up or we can arrange messenger service for an additional fee. For local rushed orders, please call or email us. 

Shipped Orders: Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. 

What shipping options are available? 

For our Ready to Ship boxes, standard shipping method is USPS 2 Day at a flat rate of $19.95. We also offer Fedex 3-5 Business Days with varied rates based on size, weight and address. We will always choose to go with the least expensive option if you have not chosen your shipping method at checkout. For all volume orders, please call or email us. 

What happens to a local delivery when the recipient is not there to receive it? 

If the recipient is unavailable to receive their delivery, the gift box will be left at the delivery location. We will notify you where the gift has been left so you can let the recipient know. BOSS basket cannot be held liable for theft or damage of the gift, if the intended recipient is unavailable to receive their delivery. 

Holiday Orders 

Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season and to ensure timely delivery, we encourage our customers to place their orders early. Please consider that our chosen shipping carriers may have their own delays. All actual delivery time frames are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
